Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

Life happens! Here’s how we handle changes to your schedule:

• Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session.

• Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: These are considered sessions attended.

• Refund Policy: Refunds are not available.

• Exchanges: You can exchange your purchase for lesson credits or premium art supplies within 14 days. Supply exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.
