Program Overview

Eligibility & Commitment
- Complete application and required documentation
- Agreement to all RSA policies
- Consistent attendance and participation
Required Documentation
- Proof of income or unemployment
- Proof of benefits (if applicable)
- For minors: documentation for parent/guardian
Attendance & Conduct
- Two consecutive unexcused absences may result in loss of aid
- Chronic lateness, disruption or rescheduling may void aid
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal
Refunds, Transfers & Misuse
- Aid is valid only for the approved period
- Discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Misrepresentation may result in revocation and repayment
