Classes & Pricing
How much are group art lessons?
$79 for a single 2-hour class. You can pay less with our subscription packages. Want to try us first? Your trial class is only $49. Purchase your trial class here!
How much are private lessons?
Private lessons at the studio are $150 an hour, and you can book 1 to 3 hours. They are great if you want one-on-one help, portfolio work, or a flexible schedule. View our options here!
When are group lessons offered?
We hold 2-hour group classes all week, including evenings and weekends. View our current schedule here!
What types of art do you teach?
We teach acrylics, oils, watercolor, gouache, graphite, charcoal, colored pencils, and pastels, in group and private lessons. You pick what you want to work in, and your teacher helps you one-on-one.
Which class is right for me?
Our group classes are open to ages 8 and up, at any skill level. Your teacher plans your work around your goals. Not sure where to start? Try a $49 trial class and see for yourself.
Do I need experience to join?
No. About 90% of our students start with no experience at all. We teach total beginners and advanced artists, and we start right where you are.
Do you offer a trial class?
Yes! You can take one $49 trial class to see how a group class feels before you sign up. Purchase your trial class here!
What happens in my first class?
Come as you are. We give you basic drawing materials, so you don’t need to bring anything. Your teacher will say hello, see where your skills are, and set you up with work that fits you. Most students start with drawing before they move to paint.
Do you offer online art classes?
Yes! We have private mentoring on Zoom, WhatsApp, or FaceTime. We also host online paint parties for friends, couples, and families in different places. Online tutorials are coming soon.
Workshops & Events
What workshops do you offer?
We hold workshops 1 to 2 Sundays a month. Topics include figure drawing, the painting methods of the masters, watercolor, and more. All levels are welcome, and supplies, drinks, and snacks are included. Contact us or follow us on Instagram for upcoming dates.
Do you offer summer art camps?
Yes! We run multi-day summer camps for ages 8 to 17. Campers learn drawing, painting, and classical art basics in small groups. Contact us for this year’s dates.
Do you host paint parties?
Yes! We host guided paint parties for birthdays, bridal showers, team outings, and more, at the studio or online. We bring everything, so you and your guests just show up and paint. Contact us to book yours.
Do you offer corporate team-building events?
Yes! We build custom art events for team building, networking, and company outings. Contact us to plan your event.
What happens in bad weather for outdoor workshops?
We watch the weather closely. We will move the workshop inside or pick a new date, and we will tell you ahead of time.
Scheduling & Policies
What if I need to miss a class?
Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows count as a class you attended and are not refunded, except in an emergency.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Use the reschedule link in your email, or call us. Just do it at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a class you attended.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take credit and debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, checks, and cash, online or at the studio.
What is your refund policy?
Subscriptions and class credits are not refundable, but you can use them for future classes. Questions about your account? Contact us and we will be glad to help.
Supplies & the Studio
What art supplies do I need?
New students don’t need to bring anything. We give you basic drawing materials. When you are ready to practice at home, we suggest buying a drawing kit. When you start painting, kits are for sale at the studio. Need supplies for just one class? You can rent a sample kit for $12.50 a day.
Where is your studio? Is there parking?
We are at 30125 Agoura Rd, Suite 2C, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. Students come from Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Oak Park, Calabasas, Malibu, and nearby Conejo Valley towns. Free parking is right below the studio.
Can I visit the studio before signing up?
Yes. You are welcome during business hours. If you want a tour or want to watch a class, please schedule an appointment.
Special Services & Gifts
Can you help me build an art portfolio?
Yes! We help students build portfolios for art school, contests, and personal goals. We work on drawing, painting, and composition so your pieces work together as one strong set.
Can I rent the studio for a private event?
Yes! You can rent our studio for photoshoots, book signings, wellness events, parties, and more. Learn more about studio rentals here.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates work for private lessons, group classes, and art supplies. They make a great birthday or holiday gift.
