Cancellations:

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day or last-minute cancellations, as well as no-shows, are considered as one session taken, unless due to an emergency.

Please note that we do not provide refunds, but we do offer exchanges, including transferable credits for private or group lessons, premium supplies, or a combination of both. Also, keep in mind that class packages expire six months after your initial visit.
